DownloadDear Neighbors,
Ibis Point is a deed restricted community, and thus we are governed by a set of rules and regulations. As part of the rules and regulations, we as homeowners must acquire permission from the Architectural Review Board (ARC) for any exterior improvements or changes that we wish to make to our property. These changes include roofing shingle replacement, painting, adding additional driveways, adding pavers to make additional driveway space, landscape, etc., Basically, any change you plan to make to the exterior of your property.
You may see your neighbors making changes that you also want to make. Please know that you that you must get approval from the ARC to make the same improvements. Each case is carefully considered by the ARC and the full board before approving or denying a proposed change. No matter how harmless you think a change is, there may be a reason or cause preventing your requested change.
Please submit your Architectural Review application online at http://bcmservices.net/architecture-review-boardarb-form/.
You may also submit your application via mail or by hand delivering it to our office at the address below. The form for mailing or drop off is available to print on our website at http://bcmservices.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/2020-ARB-SUBMISSION-FORM-2.pdf.
Upon approval of your completed ARC form you can begin changes/improvements to your property. You will have 6 months from the approval date to complete all work.
Thank you,
Ibis Point Board
